How to do the Thermal Stitch

Thermal Stitch  This assumes you have worked the previous rnd in the Front Loop Only (flo) leaving the back loop open.  1. Insert hook in the loop left open on the previous Rnd.  2. Insert hook in the flo of the top st.  3. YO the hook.  4. Pull YO through 2 loops on the hook.  5. YO again.  6. Pull YO through both loops to complete the st.
