Piece of cardboard about 5" wide. Size H Crochet Hook. 1 ½ oz of Kelly Green worsted weight yarn. Scraps of Light Green and Peach worsted weight yarn. Cotton ball size of stuffing. Darning needle and scissors. 2 ounces of beard colored yarn. Hat With Green yarn and H hook, make a magic circle. Rnd 1. Ch 2 and make 4 sc in circle. Do not join but do mark 1st st. (4 sts made.)  Rnd 2. Sc in each of the 4 sc around. Rnd 3. Make 2 sc in each st around. (8 sts made.) Rnds 4-9. Sc in each st around. (8 sts made.) Rnd 10. Make 2 sc in 1st st.
