Crochet Me That

  I got the idea for these after purchasing similar flowers (Glade) for $12.00. The idea is simple, find a wick that will draw the liquid into the cotton flower. The flower then disperses the aroma throughout the room. This is a simple rolled flower. The flower is rolled around a cotton wick   The flower above was made with #4 cotton yarn and size G hook, but could be made with any size cotton yarn or thread using the appropriate hook size. Materials Needed: Cotton Crochet thread or yarn and appropriate hook for yarn/thread weight. 6 to 8" of wicking. Vase and scent.   Abbreviations Used: ch=ch st = stitch sl st = slip stitch sc = crochet hdc = half double crochet dc = double crochet tog=together rem=remaining   With  cotton yarn or thread and appropriate  hook,  ch 75.  Row 1.
