Eye Socket Side 1  Round 1: Beginning at eyehole, chain 44, being careful not to twist the chain, join to the first chain with slip stitch to form a ring. Chain 1, in joining make single crochet, half double crochet and single crochet (mark half double crochet as outside eye edge.) Single crochet in each of the next 21 chains.
