Joining Blocks with Single Crochet

Hold 2 blocks together with the wrong sides facing. Attach white yarn in any corner st (working through both thicknesses.)


Insert hook and draw up a loop.


Ch 1 and sc in the same st. and in each st across until the last corner. End off and weave in the end..


Join the first row in this manner.


Repeat for 2nd and 3rd rows.

  Colorful Flowers Pattern  Materials Needed: 3 yards bright yellow worsted weight yarn. 5 yards contrasting color worsted weight yarn. Size H crochet hook. Rnd 1: With bright yellow yarn and size H hook, ch 4, join to first ch with a sl st to form a ring. Rnd 2: Ch 1, make 10 sc in ring. Join to the first sc with sl st. Rnd 3: *Ch 3, skip 1 sc, sl st in next sc. Repeat from around ending with sl st into first sl st. End off yellow and weave in the end. (5 ch-3 loops made.)  Rnd 4: Attach any contrasting bright color with a sl st in any ch-3 loop. Ch 2, make 3 dc in the same loop.
